Prices and conditions

The arrangements for San Francesco House are composed of two mini-apartments and two apartments, among them the same. The minimum stay is three nights.
Here we list prices:

Prices for MINI-APARTMENTS - Max 2 people

For each night over the third and until the sixth for the mini-apartment: € 30,00

For each night over the third and until the sixth for the apartment: € 50,00

On request is possible to add a bed or e cradle

For the month of AUGUST the prices listed applies an increase of 10%

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
The services offered are in according with part "B" of the Regional Law of Campania No.17/2001 and next modifications and integrations.

The apartments are equipped with facilities for the preparation and consumption of meals.
The price includes the supply of electricity, hot and cold water, gas for cooking, air conditioning, towels changed every two days, bed linen changed every four days or change the customer, customer-change cleaning.
